With a love for mellow melodies and an appreciation
for a darker theme in music, Crestfallen Still was
conceived in the summer of 2011.
We use acoustic instruments including acoustic bass
to bring out an organic sound.
Our songwriting approach leans towards quality over
quantity; many of our songs are under 3 minutes, but
are full of nuances.
After many hours of songwriting and rehearsing the
first demo "When I Am Gone" was finally created on
October 14th, 2011.
